At Francis Neary CPA PC, a Long Island CPA firm established in 1989, we focus on developing a strong, personal relationship with all our clients. With over 20 years of experience in financial and accounting industry, Frank guides small businesses, individuals and their families with tax and financial planning. Frank is a Certified Public Accountant and a Registered Investment Advisor. He is also a licensed Insurance broker in the areas of Health and Life as well as Property and Casualty. Frank holds three securities licenses and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Diplomate and member of the American College of Forensic Examiners International. He is a member of the American Business Association, Financial Planning Association, National Association of Tax Planners, and serves on the Board of Directors of a 501(C)3 Charity.

Frank earned an MBA in Public Accounting from Saint John’s University -- Peter J Tobin College of Business and a a BS in Economics from Villanova University School of Business. He also attended Quinnipiac University School of Law (formerly the University of Bridgeport Law School).
